I've spent two decades at the intersection of networks and ambition — starting with RF signals bouncing off cell towers, and arriving at large language models reshaping how enterprises think. The thread through every chapter has been the same: take a program no one quite knows how to run, find the critical path, and deliver.
Along the way, I've led one of the largest AWS Outposts deployments ever attempted, driven a 10× increase in enterprise AI consumption for a Fortune 50 carrier, and built GenAI enablement programs that reached over a thousand engineers. Before all of that, I grew a telecom engineering practice 48% year-over-year and cut delivery costs by a third.
Leading AT&T's IT Private Cloud transformation — migrating 1,000+ applications across national data centers in one of the largest AWS Outposts deployments to date. Serving as Project Owner for mainframe modernization of 100+ applications, converting legacy COBOL/IMS/CICS to modern Java/Spring Boot with AI-accelerated tooling. Directed T-Mobile's enterprise AI transformation, pivoting to a multi-LLM Amazon Bedrock architecture across 8+ GenAI workstreams. Built GenAI enablement at scale: a 1,000+ participant hackathon and a 12-week Agentic AI curriculum for 140+ engineers. Led Global Cloud RAN programs presented at MWC Barcelona, LEAP Riyadh, and Samsung Korea.
Grew annual revenue 48% YoY by launching new RF Design service lines. Led two international engineering teams across all 3GPP technologies through 5G NR. Reduced delivery costs 35% through process optimization and offshore operation centers with OKR frameworks. Owned full P&L — budgeting, forecasting, bookings, margin — and directed hiring, utilization, and career development.
Directed a 25+ member cross-functional team across a 7-country Latin America software program with CTO-level engagement. Generated $2M+ in new revenue by identifying and selling new service opportunities. Delivered RAN RF LTE/VoLTE optimization using cloud-based analytics, SON, and machine learning. Contributed to 5G strategy via the Global Competence Center.
Led a 10+ person team recognized for the best market-specific quality indicators nationwide during the Cingular Wireless / AT&T network integration. Delivered end-to-end network service solutions for major US carriers — scope creation, cost estimation, risk identification, and implementation planning.
I operate at the seam between business ambition and engineering reality. The programs I run involve hundreds of people, executive steering committees, and technologies that didn't exist when the contracts were signed. My job is to make sure they ship anyway.
